1. Who we are
This policy covers LiveWalls, provided by Amehry, and this privacy website. For questions or privacy requests, email [email protected]. LiveWalls provides wallpapers, live wallpapers, ringtones, widgets, and local creation tools.
2. Photos, videos, and your library
You choose individual photos or videos through Apple's system picker. Imported media, edited videos, custom widgets, favorites, and download history are stored on your device. Widget designs are shared locally with the LiveWalls widget extension. These files are not uploaded to our servers by the creation tools. Saving to Photos requires Apple's permission. Sharing or exporting sends the content only to the destination you choose. Your device's backup and cloud-photo settings may separately sync local content through Apple.
3. App services and weather
Catalog, search, configuration, announcement, and media requests go to our hosted services, including Cloudflare. Requests can include search terms, content identifiers, your IP address, and technical request information needed to deliver content, count downloads, secure the service, and diagnose failures. Weather uses Apple MapKit, geocoding, and WeatherKit: a city you enter is resolved to coordinates and sent to Apple to retrieve weather. The app does not request your device's precise location permission for city-based weather.
4. Optional analytics and in-app tips
Firebase Analytics and Firebase In-App Messaging can process app-instance or installation identifiers, device and operating-system information, app version, usage events, and message interactions. We use these to understand feature use and show in-app tips or announcements. Our custom events contain catalog identifiers and content types, not imported photos, videos, weather-city searches, or precise location.
In the updated app, these optional services are off until you enable “Usage analytics & in-app tips” in Settings → Privacy choices. Turn it off there to stop future optional collection and in-app messages and reset the local Analytics identifier. Earlier app versions enabled these services by default; update to access withdrawal controls. Withdrawing does not undo information already transmitted. You can contact us about that information as described below.
5. Optional crash reports
Firebase Crashlytics helps diagnose crashes using crash traces, diagnostic identifiers, app version, and device/operating-system information. In the updated app, automatic uploads are disabled. Enabling “Crash reports” in Privacy choices allows reports from subsequent consented app sessions to be sent when the app next opens. Turning it off stops future submissions and discards pending reports. The SDK may temporarily keep crash diagnostics on the device even when uploads are off. Previously transmitted reports are subject to Firebase's retention practices and applicable deletion rights.
6. Push notifications
Notifications use Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging. If you allow Apple's notification permission, registration tokens or installation identifiers and delivery/interaction information support sending and delivering notifications. Notification permission is separate from analytics, crash reports, and advertising consent. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings; LiveWalls removes its registration when it next observes that permission was revoked. Denying notifications does not prevent using the app.
7. Advertising and tracking choices
Free features may show banner, native, interstitial, or optional rewarded ads. Our ad integration uses Google AdMob, TradPlus, and Mintegral; configured mediation may also use Meta Audience Network, InMobi, Chartboost, and Liftoff/Vungle. These providers may process device and advertising identifiers where permitted, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. The providers used can depend on availability and consent.
Where applicable, Google's consent form collects your advertising choices, and Settings provides an advertising privacy entry when required by that service. Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission separately controls cross-app tracking. Declining tracking must not require you to purchase a subscription. Optional Firebase analytics is not used by this integration for ad personalization. Advertising-related sharing may be considered targeted advertising, a sale, or sharing under certain laws; use the available privacy controls and contact us to exercise applicable rights.
8. Purchases
Apple handles payment, renewals, and refunds through the App Store. LiveWalls uses StoreKit and RevenueCat to verify transactions and premium access. These services may process transaction identifiers, purchase history, anonymous app-user identifiers, and entitlement status. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Turning off optional analytics does not disable purchases or restore purchases.
9. Providers, retention, and security
We share information with the providers needed for the features described above, not your locally imported media through these tools. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, under their applicable safeguards and privacy terms. Relevant information is available from Apple, Cloudflare, Firebase, Google, and RevenueCat.
Local library data remains until removed through available app controls or by deleting the app and its data; device backups may retain separate copies. Clearing the cache preserves favorites and saved creations. Service records are retained as needed for delivery, security, support, purchase verification, or legal obligations and according to provider retention settings. We do not promise a single retention period for all providers. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
10. Your rights and support
Use Settings → Privacy choices for optional telemetry, iOS Settings for notifications and tracking, and Apple's account settings for subscriptions. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Email [email protected]. We may need limited information to verify and locate records, particularly where the app uses anonymous identifiers. We cannot identify or delete another provider's independently controlled records without the appropriate information or process.
If you contact support, we receive your email address and anything you choose to send. Please do not send sensitive personal information or private photos unless necessary for your request.
11. Children and changes
LiveWalls is not designed for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can review and arrange deletion where applicable. We update this policy when our services or privacy practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision; material changes that require new consent will require that choice in the app.
